I have a H1B transfer in process with an employer. However it is right now in LCA stage. I understand once LCA is done, they will file the H1B petition for change of employer. I however have a lot better offer from another company and i am expecting lawyers from other company to start contacting me. 1. Is it okay to have two H1b change of employers at the same time. 2. Is it preferred to let one complete and then file the next one 3. Can i stop or delay H1b transfer with employer 1 since it is only in LCA stage right now. 4. I haven't informed employer2 about other accepted offer fearing it will backfire. Is it mandatory to disclose. Edit: I understand some of you might feel it is unprofessional / unethical to reject employer1 now, but technically it is employment at will. (plus morals & ethics are subjective) The decisions i took to accept employer1 was based on situation back then. Due to change of situation, its no longer seems a great option. 280 8yoe #h1b #transfer #amazon #meta #netflix #google #salesforce #microsoft #oracle #apple #tcs #wipro
It should be fine
What are the offers?
Transfer is not conflicting to each other. Pick the place you want to go
do you mean I can just wait for them to submit transfer and then once one is approved cancel other one?
Also, is it required to inform immediately once you join to other employer that you would not be joining, legally speaking ?
Had 3 different petitions approved and then I chose one. USCIS doesn't care.
