My boss says pay and benefits are competitive with places like Walmart and Amazon

Can someone help me find salaries and benefits for mid level UX researcher or product designer in these companies? Any CPG company data would also be nice.

That’s not in line with the companies your manager mentioned. They pay at least 50 pct more even in second tier locations.
