Rip stock down 20% after earnings Let’s see how Upstart does. It’s not a good sign though. Fintech is getting destroyed #affirm
RIP
Hey can I dm for a new grad referral please?
Rip 😕
1 million $ grant just 1 yr ago is worth 100k now. This is what happens with a house of cards.
That is incredible 🤯
Note they were offering new hire grants at $50 floor price. Even though the stock was $24. I hope they are still doing 50 🥶
No, it’s changed now to a fixed number of stock units instead of the whole $$ value grants. The units correspond to $25/share.
Is this not the same thing as a $25 floor price?
Upstart downtrend
My condolences to Upstart. Ooof down 25%.
We ded
Have an upcoming interview for SWE position. Is it worth pursuing the opportunity? What’s the info from leadership?
Results are personally way worse than expected.
Wait isn’t Affirm / BNPL the next “big” thing?
It was a year ago and then a war broke out, Klarna waved their balls around and everyone saw how fake it was, and then the whole industry imploded. Joined when stock was $150/per and now it's like $12. So I'm selling my RSU and going to Wendy's 🫰🏽
Affirm’s numbers weren’t too bad actually.
Loosing almost a dollar per share in 1 quarter 🤡
Collison bros should’ve went public back in 2020 when shit was going crazy.
