What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Basically it's not 24/7 but happens everyday, some days are better than others. Saw multiple doctors, even neurologists, best they can offer is BOTOX as there's no known cause. I am in general not happy about my life. Tc 300k
Did you see a sleep doctor? May be sleep apnea.
I get this when I'm stressed. Vacation is my answer
Magnesium deficiency
Sounds like magnesium deficiency. Even if you’re supplementing, check out a chelated form so your body can process it better.
This is the way. Had the same problem, multi vitamin + extra magnesium made it go away for me.
Yes! I find that with magnesium it’s important to find the form that your body can break down. Some of its trial and error, but it’s def helped when I’ve dealt with eye twitches or muscle cramping.
Seasonal allergies. Take antihistamine and you’ll notice a remarkable drop in eyelid twitching. I have the same problem and deal with it on a constant basis. There is no cure, antihistamine just makes it less frequent, YMMV.
High cortisol level maybe. Can be checked with blood tests.
Like others have said, magnesium/possible electrolyte imbalance and stress. I get twitchy eyelids when I overtrain and compound it with caffeine/work/life stressors. And yes, it can last for months on end. Hydrate better, magnesium, and dial it back a bit, whatever your stressors are.
Why not just get the Botox? You won’t even notice you have it except for the lack of twitching.
