The job is for an Assistant Professor Endocrinology, job is in a medically underserved area. Base salary: 280k (2-year guarantee) Sign-on bonus: 50k Potential payment of 2.70$ per wRVU with an estimated total annual value of approximately 15,209$ at 50th percentile production. Post guarantee salary set at current benchmark wRVU (currently $54.08) with 95% per wRVU for production and 5% per wRVU for quality. Reallocation stipend of 10,000$ Vacation sick time: 25 days pto 5000$ for CME How much can we negotiate?
