Working at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative?
How is working at CZI like? Is the work culture good and compensation etc?
I like their mission and it’s not the same as working at FB. It’s a different business/non-profit.
They are not non-profit
Correct, they are a for-profit charity. Sort of brilliant really, they are allowed to lobby anyone they want and the profit motive should keep it self sustaining. Win win.

Actually my friend who works me says it’s a completely diff company. Probably has to re-interview.
