I have two offers as follows: Southwest airlines : base 140k , max 5% annual bonus and %9.3 401k matching, Senior PO role, fully remote. I initially asked for 150k but they started with 135 and then to 140 but took away a 5k sign on bonus which was pretty lame. RSUs are currently between 2-3% but before covid were averaging at 8-10%, Fully Remote and free standby flights. Can I negotiate more ? Id like to stay at 150k or as close as possible to the number. Albertsons : base 160k , 10-20% annual bonus and 7% 401k matching, no RSUs, technology PO role, hybrid work model (50 mins away ) I was reading there were RSUs but when I asked ACI recruiter said they do t have an RSU program. Which is more promising for a product owner career in tech? Does anyone know about WLB in regards to staying later hours in the evening ? i can do both from Arizona

Arizona, Albertsons is in AZ and southwest is remote so I can stay in AZ
