First of all I am fond of Indians and absolutely adore my Indian friends. Their youtube videos are the reason I learned some complex topics with ease. I would like to understand how come so many Indians move up the ladder in an org so well. What makes them apart? Is it just a coincidence? Because they are stuck in a long green card line and if they didn’t work hard enough they would get fired and have to fly back to india
😁
Because there are so many Indians. ~4x of US population
CEO of Onlyfans? Thirsty Indians 😂😂🤦♂️🤦♂️
Mostly because they are not in India anymore.
There are like 2 billion Indians in the world now…
Most Indians are hard working even if not smart. From talking to my colleagues and friends, they have had a very humble upbringing and didn’t have an option other than getting things done to progress in life. Several of them learned 3 languages including English as their medium of instruction and can communicate well. Education is very STEM focussed.
Because culture matters in career and life outcomes. Cultures that reward academic achievement, meritocracy, and the eschew BS western ego coddling will always overindex for high achievers. Stable families help too.
Idk if Workday counts if the guy is the Founder. Yea he's CEO cuz he started that shit

Simple, because they are qualified for the job.
