Solution architect certificate VS HLD
Suppose, I have done a solution architect certificate from AWS and in the HLD round I keep on referring to AWS services to solve any sorts of problems be it bottleneck or storage or big data, etc. Is it a strict No if the company I'm interviewing for is not Amazon? Or will it help me pass the HLD round, since I have good knowledge from solution architect certification? @op, first you may discuss the solution (for example - in HLD of a streaming system, to store these media files, object storage is a good fit and discuss why), then you may mention a certain technology that offers the object storage (for example S3 or Azure blob storage). Because many companies designed their own object storage to meet their own requirements.for example FB Haystack. So engineers should focus on solution rather than a specific technology.
