NC Consultant comp question
Just wondering if following is a fair comp in NC Charlotte, Raleigh for cloud consultant. Toe=10+, various industry certs., base=140K, bonus=15%, RSU=0, 100% travel

More base. People with those credentials here are looking at 170k+. I know Red Hat pays well but idk much about that specific position.
Base seems ok. Im a consultant with 8 yoe at 120k (midwest). Dont count on that 15% bonus now that redhat is part of IBM. Personally I'd ask for more base if i was on 100% travel.
