Kraken offer details

Hello, Posting here the offer I got from Kraken to get your point of view. But some context first: I work at Amazon based in the EU. I would continue working from the EU and, for that, Kraken makes you a contractor/freelancer/consultant contract. I have the option to get paid in EUR. - Job title: Data Analyst II (one level below Sr Data Analyst I). That equivalent to Amazon L5? - Base: $120K - Yearly bonus based on performance (shouldn't be less if you do well - not sure how high the bar is for Meets/Exceeds Expectations): 10% - Stock options: 12k options at a strike price of $35 and current value of $85. Vested monthly over 6 years with a cliff of 1 year. So $100K net per year at current prices. - TC: $232K per year. Amazon EU current TC: 108K EUR YOE: 5 Things to consider: - I'd be a contractor so could potentially pay more taxes. I'll meet with a tax advisor this week to figure this out. Also job security is less? - Can I get higher base? Options package is good I think. - In the interview process for Polygon as Data Analyst/Engineer. In terms of comp, would it be lower/similar/higher? - What were people getting into Coinbase getting as the current share price prior to public listing?
