I am not following Adobe stocks. I see future in msft stock Azure is good for learning Adobe as you said it is super chill with less learning and growth Msft for learning and bigger brand for resume
Adobe is a sinking ship, wait for few years. And stock appreciation doesn't matter as in bull market every stock appreciates, go for Azure, cloud infrastructure is the future

SAP is a dumb-fuck who I have seen in various posts is jealous of people who grow. Let him be. For OP, try to push Adobe HR for little more stocks. If you are looking for move to US, go for Msft, else I would say push for more stocks, atleast 15k more and go for Adobe here. Better package and then an ultimate switch to Msft 3 years from now would be ideal retirement scenario
