Arista networks refreshers
Does Arista networks provide any RSU grant during performance reviews? How good are the refreshers if any? Preferably looking for answers from India but would like to know if the company has any refreshers or not. #arista
You can RSU bumps as you move up (pay increase effectively). When your initial grant expires, you get a similar one to whatever you're receiving at present.
That means refreshers aren't provided during each performance review?
No. That seems strange. Why would you get new shares after each performance review? (Twice an year)
Grants at arista are 4 year grants (like most places). You do not necessarily get a bump in stock each review cycle. Sometimes you get a bump in base pay and sometimes a bump in the form of refreshers. The annual bonus is its own things and is not tied to your shock grant or base pay.
