How is engineering in Blend?
I am considering interviewing with Blend. What excites me is that I get to tap into the Fintech where I had no prior domain knowledge. What’s concerning is that the work seems to be mainly on API development and bank integration - unclear on how much value would that add to my experience. Any insights of the company from Blend employee? Are there anything that I miss to consider? TC 280K

Depends on the team, but yes, there will be a lot of API and bank integration. Doing those right requires a lot of planning and design. If you're not thinking outside the box, you will be very bored and the product won't be as good. There are plenty of things to learn here.
