NRI Tax Filing for India AY 2024-25
Anyone here who already filed their Indian Income taxes? I am getting the following error when I try to Proceed to Verification. The problem is the developer put "NO" as the value for "NRO" for the Bank Account Type in their code somewhere which is failing their schema. [#/ITR/ITR2/PartB_TTI/Refund/BankAccountDtls/AddtnlBankDetails/0/AccountType: NO is not a valid enum value];#;Please contact the developer of your utility with the error key Anyone got this and able to get past it? Searching for this error opens a reddit page but the solution does not work for me.
On reddit thread comment by Ambitious-Ad-788 works For me I downloaded the JSON, opened in an JSON editor and changed the bank details type to "NRO", it can be something else for you. Then downloaded the Java utility and opened and saved it again as otherwise it gives issue with hash signature mismatch and then opened it again in the Java utility and submitted it.

There is a solution posted on Reddit but it does not work for me. Please let me know if you are able to solve it and file the d*mn taxes.
