One of 20+ spoken too who got a nice 0% raise, and 1000 as a bonus. Very profitable A&C tech account. Know several folks laid off on profitable accounts. Know several folks who got promoted without a raise. Wow what the hell is going on? * not that surprised but is Deloitte that up against the ropes? #consulting
Partners need their bonuses, not you, pond scum
Gotta keep that mistress in the client city happy
+1 on mistress - partners have a lot of power to f*** their sub ordinates
Got 0% raise 2k bonus. All that hardwork for nothing 👎
What role are u in and how long u been with Deloitte
C and about 20 months
100% of people at EY who were not promoted got $0 bonuses. Those promoted saw very small raises (capped at 7.5%) and the only other raises were given out only to ensure an incoming person of equivalent title would not be earning more than current staff in that title (“compression”). The effects of covid are industry-wide across the Big 4. EY is avoiding layoffs at all costs but it’s unclear how long we’ll be able to keep lower performers, people on the bench, and folks in hard hit business lines.
This just baffles me. There are so many dead weight projects, unsure why they’d keep those partners around the world only needs so many shitty SAP implementations
The reasoning is EY’s commitment to People First, so essentially taking care of employee jobs. But yes, there are a lot of redundancies and the no bonus or raise news has top performers eyeing the door to take their chances in this job market. Good luck to you, hope they make up for it in other ways or with the comps next year!
Deloitte under Dan's leadership wont leave a good employee reputation behind. Looking for exit opportunity now
“Dan’s leadership” - lol
Can you give me referral please
I heard PWC had a pool for bonuses. Curious if anyone got anything and I thought EY was giving out $1000 crap bonuses too.
I got 1k at Deloitte w/117 base salary.
EY didn’t give bonuses, we got RAC awards which are basically gift cards to cash out through the employee portal. Amounts were $250 staff / $300 senior / $500 manager / $1000 leadership
Lol, thank God I was chilling last year, will put in the work this year!
Wish I had!
Might not be a this year if they need to cut people due to lost revenue.
0 raise. 12% bonus. SpM who was passed over for promo. Sucks but could be worse.
12% bonus is by far the highest I’ve heard of if that helps. I’m sure you can peace out to another place if you’re trying to get a higher comp as a SpM
Yeah I'm quite low in comp for SpM. Switched from studio track and did not negotiate well. Thought the promo would fix it. But here we are. My coachee got zeros across the board so yeah feeling ok in relative terms.
Better than Accenture, 0% raise, 800 as bonus
0% raise n 0% bonus
