I’m no longer with Humana, but I know there are some open roles with some teams. So just apply OP, the recruiters should contact you if your profile fits.

Referral never worked at Humana, even when I was hiring. Ask someone to personally talk to the recruiter/hiring manager who’s hiring for the role, and forward your resume to them.
I agree with this. Referral works only if u personally know both the candidate and the hiring manager.
it's offcial, hiring is only for critical roles. Any new filling should go through CTO or VP and above approval depending on which department you are applying.
I’m not sure, but I’m seeing for the Sr Data Analyst Role. It was a recent posting on the career site and LinkedIn with multiple vacancies and locations. No clue about the recruiter or hiring manager.
Just apply man. Maybe put some effort into how you are passionate about healthcare and how your skills are transferable if you don’t already work in the field. And pick a lower number for your salary, and you can then negotiate later. I was able to get salaries outside of range as well for my team.

Right now their is a freeze, it’s very hard to get open positions for managers.
