Base is good in ntnx but 70k stock is not worth u have 150k USD stock. Also ntnx stock is quite appreciated so u will get less share now. Until u see ntnx goin 70-80 USD not a great move.
Do you think there is more room for stocks that i can negotiate with recruiter? If so how much would it be ? Any range that you can suggest. I heard from one of the blinders that mts4 pays close to 80 LPA including stocks.
Negotiate as much as you can else they are going fwd will be giving leas stocks only. I don’t know any recent mts4 hire, previous people whom i know got 50/55 k worth stocks only
