I doubt it's comparable to NYC,.not much is. Average age in Miami is actually quite old although you'll find younger folks too

Completely different vibes. Totally different weather, Miami is significantly cheaper too. Have you been to either? A/S/L, hobbies, beach person?
Spent 2 yrs in NYC. I love it, just hate the winters. Single male mid-twenties, love the beach and also nightlife. Part of me is considering just splurging to get an airbnb for Jan-Mar in Miami each year and keeping a permanent residence in NYC. Thoughts?
Sounds like you'd love Miami and fit right in. Your plan of splurging and doing winters there sounds great and you can afford it. I'd try out living in Miami full time though, you can always move back to NYC. South Beach is dope.
