I moved 100k money to cash to invest in a rental property but deal failed and never pulled the trigger and cash is lying their without earning any interest or dividend I feel growth is slowing down in general for next 1-2 year and My style is risk averse so i don’t want to invest in stocks I need help with: 1) Suggestion on a good financial planning book, 2) Does going to a financial planner/advisor help? How to find a good financial planner/advisor 3) any suggestions on investment ideas other than stocks? TC: 200k

I think you need to re-read my post :)
