Need PM salary data for promo negotiation

Yoe 2- did you become a PM straight out of university? Did you do any PM course in Canada?

Very dependent on industry and company size. Sr PM can be anywhere between 100k-250k+
do you mind sharing the range at SAP?
Range is 100k to 200k for a T3 which is senior. Does not include RSU and refreshers
