Why do Indians support Israel so much( on blind surprisingly) when Israel really thinks 💩of them ?
Big NO. Big downgrade from MSFT in terms of work culture and employee treatment. Too many fucked up desi managers. Chaos in most of the teams. Bad code quality and nobody gives a damn. God knows why their senior engineers are called seniors! Avoid unless you are desperate. Moved to amazon from there like 18 months ago and I cannot stress how good I feel now inspite of all the bad reviews.
gotcha. thanks
Thanks beijie
I’ve been at uipath for about a year and pretty happy here. Was at other fangs in Seattle area before and can tell you that engineering hiring bar is actually high (so is the pay). I’m in Bellevue which is also about 1,5 year old office, so I’m assuming Amzn person above is from another location (and i know the India office used to have problems mentioned). Majority of folks here are from MS, Facebook, Amzn, Google and other good places so the culture is a normal mix. Uipath is actually doing really well now, surpassing even the external expectations. 2021 ipo is what i’ve heard too - leadership has bern pretty open about it, but no more specifics.
How is the PM role at UIPath?
i’m eng so don’t know, pms I work with are all pretty senior and have big scope, so must be fun for them
Take all reviews you read with a grain of salt. I've been with UiPath for over 2 years now and seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I still love working here, although there is work to be done. Covid and the recent Engagement survey were kind of like a wake up call and people are working on improvement plans all over the org. Our engagement survey was also quite high. Now well, there is chaos and uncertainty. It's all normal for a company like this.. You cannot accept the structure you might find in companies like Amazon or Microsoft. During this pandemic the company really took care of its people. Yes, some perks like gym or food were cut, but hey, who would've used them during the lock down anyway? In terms of business there is a lot of potential. Long story short, think of what you need in your next job - if you want an adventure, with ups and downs, join us. If you need certainty and structure, maybe this is not for you.
Can someone please give an insight into UiPath Bangalore Office.
Can somebody shed some light on the culture in UiPath's Bangalore office? Mainly UiPath Apps team. Anyone?
