Need career advice plz.

Hello. I am 33M. Indian. Living in India. Currently working as o9 consultant. Have MBA from IIM. BTech from T2 okaish college. 9.5 yrs of total experience. 2.5 yrs out of which was as SDE before MBA. Post MBA 7.5 years mostly in product company as a supply planner & recent 1.5 yr running in o9. Includes 3 yrs experience abroad. Have CSCP. Six Sigma certification. I want to work abroad. Possibly settle if I get the chance. Scope of job mostly in Singapore, Netherlands. No chance of H1B through company. By end of 2024, I want to move abroad or atleast apply for jobs. Where should I try ? I know ASML hires from abroad. Apart from that, chances are low. Too old for Canada PR. Is Australia PR is a good option? Even though it take 2 yrs to process it. Singapore has reduced E pass issuance. Very hard to get a sponsored job there. They are looking for locals. Otherwise SG is my #1 choice. Open for suggestion. Thanks.
