Is this a good offer for an L6 PMT at Alexa org in Seattle? 270K TC (150K base + 25K bonus + 95K shares) 8 YOE overall, 4 YOE as PMT. #productmanager

Guessing this is an L1 transfer? Unfortunately, these land usually at the bottom of the band. What’s the vesting schedule for the RSU? Is 95K your existing RSU + newly granted ones that vest in 2022? Wanna be sure you’re calculating TC correctly.

I got 250k TC offer for L6 non tech PM back in summer ‘21. Think you have room to negotiate
What’s your current TC. There is definitely room for negotiation. Do you have any leverage like another offer. Even if you don’t have leverage, ask for more anyway. Worst case, they’ll refuse but the 270k offer will always stand. Seeing how desperate Amazon is to hire, it’s likely that they might agree to your demands. As to what exact number you should quote, I’ll let others chime in.
Ohh I see you’re already at Amazon. Is this an internal international shift. Much harder to negotiate in that case.
