Need help choosing company
Hi blinders, Need help choosing which company to join. Currently my options are: 1. Facebook IC4 - Dream Job, afterall its facebook. Facebook loves its employees and unlike amazon doesnt f them over in comp. Overwork is fine for me but FB gives rewards to its hardworking employees, again unlike amazon. 2. Snap L4 - No strong opinion as such. I am blinded by bias, need an unbiased opinion as to which company will be good for my career growth. I am not adding TC from offers coz I just want to know which company is better for growth. For people curious to know how Snap pays compared to Facebook, use levels.fyi. Currently L5 at Amazon YOE : 2.5 years TC : 170K

I have added level. Not adding TC since I want to make a decision on company culture and growth scope. TC from both is sufficiently high for me.
In that case share TC in comments to help the Blind hivemind for dat dere negotiation knowledge.
