Hello everyone, My wife, who's a Software Engineer, got affected by the recent layoffs at her company. Can anyone help us find a role for her soon? What happens after 60 days?
Have to leave otherwise it counts as visa over staying which almost closes all kind of doors for future
If it’s his wife , she can just move to h4 depending while she searches for another job and once she finds one , can move back to H1b !
