Need help on company recommendations moving from Cisco

Currently working as a software engineer and devops engineer hybrid I mostly code in Python, Javascript (React/JQuery), MySQL, Docker/Kubernetes for fullstack, and Cisco products for infrastructure (mostly software/application focus) I'm also customer facing Trying to find another job at another country (Japan or UK) but need advice and recommendations on companies that actually have a future (unlike Cisco dying and likely end up destroying Splunk) Current TC is dogshit YoE 4 #swe #software
