Are there companies that manage this for me? What are the costs? Also if I rent the house, do I needto pay taxes on rental income? How much? It's my first and only house.
Have you thought about whether you really want to be a landlord, or just sell the home?
Can't sell the home now, bought it recently
It will be pure loss of %6 agent fees
Look at Zillow rental listings and see what PM companies are posting those listings. Search/call those companies to get a quote.

Asians - what are your thoughts on asian female white male ?
There are many rental Management companies. I think standard is 10% of the total rent. If you are not too far from your rental property then I would recommend you managing your own property. As far as tax on rental income goes, yes Uncle Sam will need his cut. Uncle Sam will even tax you for extra hair on your butt.
