When doing tour it is not clear whether they treat children nicely or they will graduate with loads of trauma.. Where do you recommend for daycare for 2 yo? Tc 200k
Might be counter intuitive , but international / bilingual schools have been better for our kids. American chains look structured on the surface, but i find them more transactional and not treated my kids like individuals
Can you name a few bilingual school in this area? Thanks
Birch - Russian / English Megumi - japanese
Don't overthink it... They will probably be fine at any of them.
The one in Redmond teaches prompt engineering and nuclear physics. I would pick that one.
😀 I want a place so my child can feel like this is home or being taken care by 2nd mother..
Then you want a nanny or au pair
I don't understand your expectations. You are a first time parent. They have been doing this for ages. What are you expecting for your children?
The quality of one signle daycare can go up or down depending on management and the teachers.. chain daycares have high atrittion rate, teachers rotate all the time. Young kid will not feel comfortable who is the care giver. Sometimes they yell at kids or give time out to 2 year olds.. kids stayed in soiled diapers wet clothes until 5pm. .. I have seen these in one of the most expensive daycares in this area.. so I'm not a new parent. I am protective parent.. that is why I want honest reviews to take the best action..
Your are not asking review for single daycare or brand. You are asking for daycares in a vast area. That's no different than asking reviews in the complete country. If you are protective parent and don't want to lose sleep, your only option is to take care of kids yourself. You already know teacher's change and that's not something you can ever control.
With 200tc you're better off quitting and taking care of them yourself
They are big now, can't handle them at home anymore
That's a parenting problem not a daycare problem
