Need inputs and referrals

Hello Blind community, I recently joined this app based on a recommendation. I wanted some insights about Amazon last mile org is it worth joining? I know Amazon has a certain reputation and is very team dependent so was curious to know particularly about this org as I am interviewing with them. My background is in Data space mainly as Data Engineer and currently working at Meta as CW on Data Modeling, Tableau reporting etc. There is one more caveat to my situation. I am currently in my 5th year of h1b visa and would need GC sponsorship to start by end of this year as I will be maxing out 6 years by end of 2023. I am interviewing with Amazon as they are actively hiring but I am afraid of pip and wlb. Could you please shed some light on last mile team or provide referrals for companies open to day 1 GC sponsorship? Thanks in advance. #workvisa #referral
