Need more information about Oracle OCI security group
I interviewed a few days back for a security research position with OCI. The interview went well, it wasn't very technical and had more behavioral questions. The recruiter gave me a possible range of 230k-250k for ic3/ic4 based on how the interviews go. I am positive that I might get an offer based on how the interviews went. I casually checked Blind and saw a lot of negative remarks about the work and the general culture. Is it really that bad ? Should I skip this offer and look for something else ? Can’t speak to this particular team as there are always exceptions. I used to work out of the seattle OCI office and found the culture extremely toxic. And in general I realized it was trickling down from the OCI exec leadership. Can’t expect teams to fix it if leadership is not committed to providing a respectable work environment.
