Didn't post my offer information to stay on the referral topic. Snap is offering 600K TC with both Zillow and OCI within 500-580 ballpark. I'm looking to get a comparable offer with FANG or a stable late-stage start-up. Basically a place where I can spend next 4-5 years without having to repeat this LC madness.

@OP do you have a PhD, or just a master's? And how did you move into ML?
How do you plan on holding those offers if you don’t have interviews even scheduled yet? Google is like an average of 3-5 months from start to finish
Snap will expire soon. Zillow and OCI - should be good for a month or so. Airbnb and stripe might be able to accelerate the process. And no harm starting the process with Google anyway.
Airbnb is extremely slow. Don't expect too much from them. I've been team matching with them since December and still haven't seen any light yet. How is your Snap offer? From levels.fyu, Snap L5 is definitely better than any other L5 offers.
