Need referral, laid off on H1B

My spouse had to go through lay-off at Oath and we are looking for urgent referrals. She has 1 year of experience as software engineer - backend/api development. She has about 3 months left to find a job and get a transfer. We need help from blind community for referral. Lot of mid size companies are only hiring for senior position, and it has been lower conversion rate on LinkedIn recruiter connection. Really appreciate if you can help to refer.

moving to H4 ead will take time and there is lot of risk on law changes for H4 ead. We never know when it might get discontinued

Dem has the house. It has no way the law will pass. Even if senate passes I think it will under review for couple months and won’t be implemented in years... I still suggest h4 and lawyer can help with what I mean. At least you can start the h4 process just in case h1doesnt workout

Lesson: don’t go working for Oath, where layoffs happen routinely.
