Offered received in India : 35 lakhs (47k USD) + Stocks worth 105k + 5 lakh joining bonus L62 YOE : 7+ years Competing offer :Wayfair in berlin : 90K EUR + 500 RSU (Senior Software Engineer) As a company and career prospect I am inclined towards MS but I feel they are lowballing a lot(Stocks specially) Any scope of negotiating with Microsoft ? Haven't read a better L62 offer than this in recent times.
1 year back one of my friend got almost same offer at 63. This is the best offer. Go for it.
I got 37 base with 130k stocks, 7JB with 5 yoe for L62, you can negotiate bit more
