Base salary: $170-180k Vesting schedule: Year 1: 5% Year 2: 10% Rest is evenly distributed every 6 months over the following 2 years (Not sure I’ll stay longer than a year or two) Current shares valued at $109 125% increase over the past 5 years 35% decrease over the past year They mentioned it would be over $275k but not sure how much more I could/should ask for. Unsure if it’s RSU (I’m assuming it is) or ISO, ESOP or sweat equity Id also like to negotiate for more PTO Would love if you could tell me a number lol
