Negotiating for higher salary
Friend got two offers Fannie Mae: 101 TC LinkedIn: 101 Base, 36k stocks, TC 110 Finance analyst How can they negotiate a higher salary with linkedin even though the competing offer is lower ? Is it possible ?

Just ask for more. Having a higher offer isn't the only way you can get more money. I've negotiated before where my best offer was higher than the closest offer by like 20k and I still got them to give me more just by promising to cancel upcoming interviews and sign immediately.
