I've reached the offer stage with a company and, while the numbers are good, I'd feel like a sucker if I didn't take this opportunity to ask for more. I was planning to ask for 10% more base salary and a sign on bonus - any tips on exactly how to craft my response (including a justification that can beat my current one: "because I really like money and the things it can do for me")? #negotiation #offer #salary
Need years of experience and scope of responsibilities enable to help you OP
I generally just mail them when I am sending other stuff (like documents). I write it like "Gentle reminder to reconsider xx-pay if feasible". It's money. I'm not shy to ask for more money.
Iβm going to assume though based on this question, you donβt have much experience lol πβ¦ but use your YOE, educational background, and any preferred qualifications you possess from the job posting as a reason to ask for more money

Perfect. Thank you.
How do you want people to help you if we donβt know the company or the numbers? Or even comparison between new and old tc. Pls use common sense
OP wants money and everything free
Duh.
