Which org their cloud org is good and have good wlb
I will on the firmware team in Pittsburgh
Isnt it same TC with your current TC?
Slightly higher because of the 8% bonus, which i currently dont get at my company
I think your current TC is better than Netapp since it’s all base salary.
Location? Is it sunnyvale? Then its pretty bad. Is it wichita? Then its pretty good
Its in Pittsburgh
FW team in Pittsburgh has a great leadership team. Office is starting to be remodeled. All engineering office. If you’re in the Pit area already I definitely recommend.

BREAKING: Internal sources confirm another round of layoffs just hit emails at Tesla. For real.
It's the same as your current tc. Why bother?
I am a startup with an uncertain future. Wondering if it might be a safe and stable career move given the market conditions
Don't accept an offer because it's the only one on the table. Keep interviewing and search for something better. Plenty of companies that will pay you more than that 4.5 yoe. If you switch jobs, you should plan of staying for at least 2 years. Will you be fine with being at 145k at 6.5 -7 yoe?
