I received an offer for MS2 Software Engineer from NetApp in Pittsburgh,PA Base: 120k RSUs: $75,000 over 3 yrs Annual Bonus: 8% Current TC: 145k YOE: 4.5 Does the offer sound reasonable and fair? Should I accept it? This is the only offer at the moment. #engineering #software #swe

Slightly higher because of the 8% bonus, which i currently dont get at my company
I think your current TC is better than Netapp since it’s all base salary.
Location? Is it sunnyvale? Then its pretty bad. Is it wichita? Then its pretty good

FW team in Pittsburgh has a great leadership team. Office is starting to be remodeled. All engineering office. If you’re in the Pit area already I definitely recommend.

Don't accept an offer because it's the only one on the table. Keep interviewing and search for something better. Plenty of companies that will pay you more than that 4.5 yoe. If you switch jobs, you should plan of staying for at least 2 years. Will you be fine with being at 145k at 6.5 -7 yoe?
