Netapp to Guidewire
I have 10 YOE with 30LPA. And RSU is worth about 4 million, which completes vesting in 3 years. RSU vests every quarter. I have an offer from Guidewire with 45LPA. Is it a wise choice to go for? Kindly suggest from the industry standards.

4 million USD in RSU are you mad thinking to go somewhere with a counter. I am surprised NetApp offers that much RSU at non executive level.
