Hows Netflix benefit for 2024 for a L5 hire ? any pointers ? Do they pay 4% 401k match for all base with no cap ? TC:550K
You can easily find their benefits online. It's in line with all the top tier companies and in certain departments (such as transportation) different than other FAANG's. Their 401k match is also good considering that their entire salary is all cash and the percentage matching is good. Health insurance coverage is decent too.
Benefits are the same for all levels. Yes, the match is capped by the IRS limit. However, because of high base pay the actual $$$ matched/contributed by Netflix is typically more than what is possible at other employers.
so for 500k base, will it add upto $20K match ?
IRS cap is 330k, so I would think 500k base would get the same match as 330k base.
