Netflix Engineering Manager loop, but no coding?

I heard that each team in Netflix could freely structure their loop but I was surprised that my loop had no coding. Is it usual?

Netflix has no M1 or M2 distinction, only manager, director, vp, and C-level management AFAIK. YOE: 10

I didn’t have any coding on my onsite loop as an IC. Netflix hiring is broken, you can BS your way in. Managers are mostly non technical. If you can drink Netflix culture koolaid, you will survive here.

Scenario based questions : “tell me about a time when ....” to see if you are culture fit :) You can BS through it pretty easily
