It means you get paid the difference if you pick a cheaper plan and pay more if you pick an expensive one.
Bro, the employees got to buy insurance themselves and then this amount is used for reimbursement. Kinda like gym reimbursements
My medical care is free through the VA, nice try Netflix

Does company match for HSA also ?
I have the HSA plan and max it out, but, there is no employer contribution.
This seems pretty generous.
That barely covers a bronze plan for a family in my state.. no vision and dental.
