Netflix really doesn’t do “referrals.” Employees get no referral bonus. Any employee can add a referral in the hiring system, and unless the person making the referral has worked directly with the person they’re referring, it doesn’t sway the hiring manager, and does not improve your odds compared to just applying via the website.
