Netflix Onsite Expectation
Hello Blind Community, I have Netflix onsite interview in 2 weeks. I have done enough leetcode questions mostly medium and few hard questions. Went through Grokking System Design few months back. AFAIK, Netflix onsite interview is focussed on system design. Whats the best way to utilize 2 weeks to maximize my chances. Also, looking for more information on how many rounds can be expected and format? TC: 290k YOE: 3.5 #netflix
Had my onsite round couple years back. Everyone, even HR, looked tired af. The two eng who pair interviewed me were falling asleep. I tried to spice it up by showing some excitement for programming. I didn’t make it past the lunch interview (they did/do? cut it short after lunch if you don’t pass the first few rounds). All that to say don’t beat yourself up if you don’t pass, it’s a bit of luck of the draw with your interviewers.
I heard that feedback is passed by each interviewer to next interviewer and cut short if they don't need to interview further.
That is incorrect. The feedback is passed by each interviewer to the hiring manager. And manager can decide to cut it short if most interviewers are leaning No. Interviewers do not share feedback with others for an active candidate to avoid bias.
Regarding rounds and format - ask your recruiter. They should be pretty open about it and might already have the schedule drafted out.

@OP How was your interview experience? What were the interview rounds like? Coding, design or testing cultural fit?
Lot of emphasis on System design and culture fit. Medium coding questions.

Read the culture deck and really internalize it, you'll be asked about it a lot. The HR partner you've been in contact with should be able to give you more details about the different rounds.
Went through culture deck before phone screen.
Go over it again. And come up with examples of how your past experience demonstrates these traits.
