Netflix Payment Ops Role

I’m in the final round for an Operations Manager (IC role) at Netflix. Role would be remote. I looked on Levels FYI and don’t see any info on similar roles. I know it’s a little niche but does anyone have insight on what I might expect? I asked the recruiter and she scheduled time next week (day before round 2 interviews), but I’d like to go into that meeting with some idea of what to expect. Also for FBers who made the switch to Netflix, any insights? Do you like it more or less? Pros / Cons? Current TC as an Ops PgM in ATX $225 #netflixsalary
