I'm interviewing with Netflix for their strategy & analysis role. I've already spoken to the recruiter, hiring manager and 4 directors. I have an interview with the HR business partner next week. How many more interviews can I expect for a senior associate role? And what can I expect in the next HR interview. Thanks! Update - Recruiter got back saying that the HM would like to speak with me next week 'to wrap the interview up'. What does it mean? Is this a rejection?
This should be your last interview. It is a really good sign that after your panel interviews, you’re meeting with the HR business partner. I’ve interviewed candidates who got to the panel stage of 4 back to back interviews and didn’t pass that stage to the HR business partner stage. It’s not likely that they push multiple final candidates to the HR interview stage. I can’t say for sure but I know it’s a really good sign. (It was my exact process before getting the offer 2 days later.)
Thanks! Can I DM you for some more details?
Sure.
It's standard for most hm to do this
You mean for both rejection and offer?
What were the types of questions that were asked during your process if you don’t mind sharing?
Mix of case and behavioral questions
Focus on Netflix culture deck
Did you hear back?
Not yet. End of this week is the deadline from their side. So still waiting
Mind if I pm you a couple of questions?
Are you in a strategy role at WM? Could I ask why you’re looking to leave?
What was the tc for this role?
That should be your last one. Read the culture memo and come up with your thoughts about it. Ask good questions. Be prepared to answer situational questions about soft skills.
Are the director interviews eliminative? Or all candidates go through all of them?
How many days after the last HR interview can I expect the result? Thanks!
