Have heard from a few friends that work at Netflix that some employees are being allowed by their managers to move to full remote post-COVID. For those at Netflix, have you heard similar? How common is this? And particularly for product management - are managers being more open to this on a case by case basis?
No one knows what post covid will be or when it will happen. During covid, we are all wfh. I expect this to change immediately after things are returning to normal.
