Netflix comp and benefits..
I am expecting an offer from netflix in a week. I was told Netflix will pay top of the market with only one big base component.. I am wondering about their benefits do they have basic benefits like 1. Medical, Dental, Vision ? how much is the copay and co-insurance portion if you add your family ? 2. Do they have 401k matching ? if so how much ? Also, how much % of hike can i expect from what I am currently making ? and my possible competing offer.. should I definitely need a competing offer to get the maximum hike ?
They will give you a high offer you don't need a competing offer. Yes there is 401k match, 100% match immediately vested up to 3% of salary. You get $15k towards benefits, health dental and vision. Plans range from low expense with high deductibles to Cadillac plans, you pick. Probably as low as $5k for an individual on cheapest plan to $30k/ year for family on highest plan. I guesstimated those based on memory.

netflix is the best place to work 11 months (no waiting for bonus, vesting etc... all your comp comes every paycheck with no bs/delay) - I wonder how they reward top performers though?
No extra rewards except maybe better comp, some get promoted to different roles
isn't the main reward for high performance not getting fired? culture deck says adequate performance will be given generous severance
You also get 5% option on top of your base.

I heard they do have any medical plans. You will be given around $15k a year to buy them yourself.
