@current employees, I hope you guys didn’t lose a lot in recent decline in Netflix stock value, as Netflix luckily gives out much of their compensation in base salary. But I would like to ask you, what are your thoughts about company future. And what are you thinking right now. #tech #Netflix #FAANG

i hope this make them reconsider their pip culture. i was reading through their culture doc and it made me sad -- they want employees to be pressured and stressed about performance, and when they no longer are, they are useless to netflix.
Drive by fear. But at least they pay really well. Unlike Amazon, that used to pay peanuts until last year changes.
Is it better or worse than amazon?
