Netflix hiring manager interview round
I have a phone screen coming up with hiring manager at Netflix. What should I prepare on? I already had recruiter phone screen which I passed. What all things should I expect in this interview with hiring manager?

I believe it varies by team and I don't think there is a fixed framework. It can be random discussions about technical or past work, which in order to figure out you are qualified for the position. One suggestion I have is to prepare some insightful questions about the team and the position.
